We are a New Orleans–based grazing board company guided by the belief that food should be as visually captivating as it is thoughtfully crafted. Each arrangement is artfully composed with a refined eye for detail, balancing beauty, flavor, and texture in a way that feels both inviting and abundant. Designed with celebration in mind, our grazing experiences elevate every gathering—bringing people together to savor, connect, and create lasting memories.

Our Story
My name is Liz, and I’m the founder of Graze Dat! At my core, I believe food is more than something we eat—it’s something we feel. It’s comfort, connection, memory, and a sense of home.

I’ve always been a foodie at heart, and that love was nurtured early on in a farming community in what was then Zimbabwe-Rhodesia. My parents, Ray and Jean, were academics and deeply rooted in community, but some of my most meaningful memories of them are in our garden and orchard—hands in the soil, surrounded by family. Those moments shaped my appreciation for food as both nourishment and a meaningful way to care for others.

Years later, during a virtual craft beer tasting, I realized something was missing—food that could bring people together, even from afar. I created a charcuterie board for myself, and soon my guests were asking questions, while my sister and friends encouraged me to explore it further. What began as a simple, heartfelt idea quickly grew, especially after one of my sample boxes was shared in the “Where Black NOLA Eats” community. Before long, people were gathering around Graze Dat—sharing, connecting, and, of course, grazing.

From the beginning, Graze Dat has been about more than beautifully curated boards. It’s about creating experiences that feel personal, thoughtful, and elevated. Every arrangement is crafted with intention—featuring flavorful meats, artisanal cheeses, fresh produce, and carefully selected details that make each order feel unique.

As we’ve grown and evolved, one thing has remained constant: everything we create is rooted in care. Because to us, food is how we connect, celebrate, and show up for one another—and we’re honored to be part of your table.
