As we grow, we are looking for an energetic, efficient, and creative kitchen staff member to join our team and ask that you be adaptable and flexible with the ever-changing needs of our day-to-day work.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to manage competing priorities without compromising the quality of our brand standards in a fast-paced catering environment with a professional and friendly attitude.

Responsibilities

• Strong ability to precisely cut, chop and slice our fruits, vegetables, and meats.

• Strong ability to layout items to the exact quality standards of our brand

• Washing, cleaning, preparation, and storage of our ingredients

• Assist with the unloading of deliveries and their proper storage.

• Clean and sanitize dishes, cookware, and utensils.

• Clean and sanitize food preparation workstations.

• Follow all food health and safety requirements.

• Communicate kitchen needs to the supervisor.

• Interact with customers as needed.
   

Kitchen Staff Requirements

• Physical ability to stand for an entire shift and lift 50+ pounds.

• Willingness to work flexible days and hours.

• Positive teamwork and communication skills.
